At PlayHrdTrainHrd, we stand behind the value of our products and programs. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
📦 Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
To start a return, email us at info@playhrdtrainhrd.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
💻 Digital Products (No Returns or Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Downloadable guides or PDFs
- Digital challenges or programs
- Coaching videos
- Online content with instant access
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products. Please purchase mindfully and reach out with any questions before buying.
🚨 Damages or Issues (Physical Items Only)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@playhrdtrainhrd.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending anything back.
🔁 Exchanges
Want something different? The fastest way is to return your original (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be unworn/unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Note: This does not apply to digital products.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at info@playhrdtrainhrd.com.
